  • Contrary to possible rumors (which I may have just started) I am not dead. I've actually started to post a few times in here and never really seem to finish them.

    Life goes on. Lots of stuff I could talk about but can't. I suppose that's why I quit posting... maybe my protected list will start getting a work out.

    I'm going to California tomorrow. Sadly not forever. Just until Wednesday. I'm excited!!

  • Sad day

    Well, I'm not sure if it's done it at some other time or if upgrading to premium did it (yay for credits!) but it ate my theme and wouldn't display it... so I chose a new one that's not as good. But at least now the words won't hang over the picture of the paper.

  • Some random thoughts

    1. I am a horrible person for never posting in Xanga anymore and will hate myself five years from now when I have no updates from this time in my life.

    2. Internet Explorer 8 should have kept the smoothness of 7 and I don't want to see my favorites in my drop-down menu... other than that, you're okay, Microsoft.

    3. My head is killing me...

    4. Can't believe graduation was a year ago today

    5. Went and saw Hamlet last night in the most ghetto theater known to man in the ever-scary town of Springfield... and not only did I survive but the guy playing Hamlet was amazing.

    6. I like oatmeal.

    7. I just wrote this ginormous profile on our recently-retired children's librarian that's up at www.examiner.org... it's a good one 'cause she's such an awesome lady.

    8. I had thought of something else when I started this but it didn't take long to forget.

  • Hi, my name is Krisco and I never post anymore

    I'll hate myself in the years to come, but somehow writing all day for a living kind of takes it out of me to write some more about that day. It also doesn't help that it seems inappropriate to talk about work in a public forum... well, a public forum like this, anyway.

    I do still have a job, though ;) Almost four months, which is insane.

    I'm going to Pittsburgh this weekend? To see Topol in his fairwell tour of Fiddler on the Roof! I can now consider myself a conisseur of Fiddler on stage given that it'll be my whole second time!

    I am exhausted and going to bed now. Good night.

  • I'm a 23-year-old recent graduate of California Baptist University with a BA in English. Someday I want to a book editor. However, the most important thing in my life is my walk with Christ. I'm not perfect, and I fail every day, but I strive to live attempting to be more like Him. I know that if I stay focused on Him, eventually the other areas of my life, like a job or a husband, will fall into place in His timing.
